Get Involved
There’s a place for everyone in this work.
Whether you give, volunteer, share your skills, or spread the word, your support helps feed neighbors, sustain local farms, and build a stronger, more connected Wayne County.
Give the Gift of Farm Fresh Food
Make a one-time gift or become a monthly donor.
Your support helps purchase fresh, seasonal food from Wayne County farms — food that’s shared with families across the county through the Wayne County Food Pantry System and community partners.
Every contribution, no matter the size, helps nourish neighbors, support local farmers, and strengthen our community’s food security.
Neighbors Helping Neighbors
“I think this food program is a very special thing to do. It’s helped so many households, and it’s good to see there are still good people doing good things. God bless you!”
— Community Member
“If you’ve given or supported our mission in the past, please share our story with a friend or coworker. Maybe they’d like to join our mission of People Helping People. After all, isn’t that what community is all about?”
— Volunteer
Volunteer Your Time
Join us at a pantry site, pop-up event, or fundraiser.
Whether you’re packing boxes, guiding traffic, or offering a smile, every role makes a difference.
Volunteers of all ages and backgrounds are welcome — even 10 hours a year can make a real impact.
Lend Your Voice
Help us spread the word.
Pledge to tell 5 friends about the Wayne County Farms to Families Fund.

Sell Your Farm Products Through the Wayne County Farms to Families Fund
We’re always looking to partner with local farms that care about feeding their neighbors and strengthening our local food system.
Through the Farms to Families Fund, we purchase fresh, seasonal products directly from Wayne County farms.
These are then shared with families facing food insecurity through the Wayne County Food Pantry System.
If you’re a local grower, producer, or farm interested in selling through the Fund, here’s what to know:
We buy directly from Wayne County farms
We request your wholesale rate
We aim for consistent, seasonal purchasing to support your farm throughout the year
We coordinate closely with both farms and Pantry staff to match supply with need
Let’s grow something together.
Our Impact In the Community
“We are so grateful for the wonderful food we got. Please thank all those who donated.”
