Need Food? We’re Here.
Whether you're facing a temporary setback or ongoing hardship, you deserve access to fresh, healthy food — no judgment, just support.
We partner with the Wayne County Food Pantry System and community organizations to ensure families across the county have the food they need — including fresh produce, milk, and eggs made possible by the Farms to Families Fund.
Where to Get Food
The Wayne County Pennslyvania Food Pantry System operates five pantry locations:
Honesdale
Lakeville
Newfoundland
Lakewood
Damascus
Each pantry is open once a month.
You’ll receive shelf-stable items, fresh produce (seasonal), and dairy or eggs when available.
Food amounts are based on your household size.

Pop-Up Pantries
Throughout the year, the Wayne County Food Pantry System and community partners hold Pop-Up Pantries at schools, churches, and community spaces.
Pop-ups include emergency food boxes — no paperwork required — making it easier for anyone facing a tough time to get the support they need, when they need it most.
How to Qualify
Most families qualify through USDA income guidelines, but we can also help people who are struggling with food insecurities through the pop-up sites.
Are you in a temporary financial crisis?
Have you recently lost income or housing?
Do you fall just outside the income limits, but still need help?
Reach out to see what programs you qualify for — we’ll walk you through it with care.
